Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Refund Method
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will:
Issue a bank refund, or
Jazz Cash/ Easy paisa
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, leaked, expired, or wrong product, we will offer:
Free replacement, and
No return shipping cost
Customers must inform us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged item and share a photo/video for verification.
